Yin Yoga with Mindfulness

A deeply relaxing form of yoga - a way to wake up gently or to have a truly restoring break during the day.

This is a very relaxing and deep form of yoga.

You stay in each position for 3-5 minutes.

You rest and allow yourself to sink deeper and deeper into the body.

Besides the physical aspect of Yin yoga there is also the mental part.

You will be guided into deep and restoring relaxation where healing can begin on all necessary levels. Brainwaves change into a more relaxed state.

In Yin yoga we stretch the fascia which is a tissue that surrounds everything in the body. With age and stress the fascia becomes more tense and less flexible. With Yin yoga positions we increase the blood flow in the fascia and in all the body.

This is helpful for relaxation and it’s a powerful tool for stress of all kinds.

Yin yoga could be done at any time of the day whenever you feel the need for winding down.

You can find classes for a sweet way of ending the day, for waking up softly and gently and for a restoring break in the day.

No matter what class you choose you will increase the flow of energy in your body.
